We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of purchase. Items requesting personalisation may take extra time to be dispatched.
Items shipped overseas may be subject to customs duty and may experience delays upon entry into the destination country.
OUR SELECTED DELIVERY METHODS
Where possible, Grimsby Town Football Club will ship items using Royal Mail Signed For delivery to ensure the safe delivery of your items.
Orders weighing over 1kg may be dispatched by Courier, with tracking information sent to the registered e-mail address once arranged.
CLICK AND COLLECT
Orders which are placed for collection can be collected from the Club Shop located at Blundell Park. These items will usually be available for collection 24 hours after your order has been confirmed. Once your order has been processed and is ready for collection, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address registered on your account. Please ensure that junk/spam mailboxes are checked. When collecting your order, you will be asked to confirm your name and the first line of your address.
RETURNING YOUR ITEMS
You can return unused products in their original condition, complete with tags alongside proof of purchase within 28 days for a full refund (excluding postage fee).
Faulty items returned will be exchanged (if requested) and returned at no further cost. The cost of returning faulty goods will also be reimbursed.
If you are not satisfied with your item, it is simple to return your item or order to us.

If you are wishing to return an order that has been placed online, simply pack up your items along with a note containing your name, address and reason for return and send it to the following address:

We advise sending all items with tracking and insurance, as Grimsby Town Football Club cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. Upon the receipt of your return, items will be checked and refunded/replaced as per your request.
In-Store Order
Simply return your item(s) to the Grimsby Town FC club shop within the time period set above for a full refund or exchange.
PERSONALISED ITEMS
Personalised items, such as printed replica shirts cannot be refunded or exchanged.
This includes printed shirts that contain the name and number of a player who then leaves the club or has their squad number altered throughout the season.
