RETURNING YOUR ITEMS
You can return unused products in their original condition, complete with tags alongside proof of purchase within 28 days for a full refund (excluding postage fee).
Faulty items returned will be exchanged (if requested) and returned at no further cost. The cost of returning faulty goods will also be reimbursed.
If you are not satisfied with your item, it is simple to return your item or order to us.
Online Order
If you are wishing to return an order that has been placed online, simply pack up your items along with a note containing your name, address and reason for return and send it to the following address:

We advise sending all items with tracking and insurance, as Grimsby Town Football Club cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. Upon the receipt of your return, items will be checked and refunded/replaced as per your request.
In-Store Order
Simply return your item(s) to the Grimsby Town FC club shop within the time period set above for a full refund or exchange.
